Mandatory Qualifications & Skills:

Active New York (NY) LPN license Required. Minimum 2 years of LPN experience Required . 1 year of recent Long-Term Care (LTC) experience Required . Current BLS certification Required. Strong communication and patient-care skills. Ability to work night shifts and complete the 13-week assignment.

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate nursing care to LTC residents. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly. Assist with ADLs, assessments, and care planning. Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records. Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and the healthcare team.
