- $680.00 Weekly Non-Taxable
- $1,246.00 Hourly Taxable
- $17.00 Hourly Blended
- $48.15 Overtime
- $25.50/hr Requirements Active NY LPN License required Minimum 1 year of LPN experience required BLS certification required
