Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to residents recovering in a long-term care facility. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately. Assist residents with activities of daily living and rehabilitation exercises. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
