5x8-hour days, between 7:30 AM-5:30
PM Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced LVN/LPN to support a fast-paced outpatient/family medicine clinic. The ideal candidate should be dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient rooming, vital signs, and health history/allergy documentation Medication administration, injections, and vaccine administration EKG/ECG, specimen collection, throat swabs, and urine collection Medication reconciliation and pharmacy/refill coordination Follow-up phone calls and patient communication Ear flushes and other ambulatory clinical duties Maintain accurate patient records and follow safety protocols Float to other Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatric locations as needed Expected hours: 40.0 per week
