Shifts Available:
Evenings:
3:00 PM - 11:00
PM Nights:
11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Monday to Sunday (flexibility available) Long term care experience required and working with individuals with disabilities preferred Qualifications Current New York State LPN License required Experience working in the community and/or with individuals with disabilities preferred Strong clinical, documentation, communication, and organizational skills Ability to provide compassionate, person-centered care Interested candidates?
