Must have experience with HCHB and Epic Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a home health setting under the direction of an RN or MD. Participate in patient care planning and treatment. Perform sterile procedures and other nursing treatments using proper aseptic technique. May provide guidance to ancillary staff. On-call responsibilities may be required based on agency needs. Minimum Requirements Current LVN/LPN License in the state of practice BLS Certification Experience with HCHB and Epic (Required) Home Health experience preferred Valid Driver's License (Preferred) Arrhythmia certification (Preferred)Benefits
