Full-Time | 7:00 AM-7:40 PM or 7:00 PM-7:40AM Pay:
$35.20-$36.20 per hour Join Our Nursing Team! The Hamptons Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Provide wound care and perform nursing procedures Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition Document care, observations, and interventions accurately Order medications, supplies, and equipment as needed Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team Maintain resident safety, dignity, and comfort Follow HIPAA, infection control, and facility policies Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals Qualifications Valid New York State LPN license Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred Strong clinical and documentation skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Benefits Medical & Dental Coverage Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Recognition Program Supportive, team-oriented work environment Company perks and employee discounts Apply Today!
