Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 513-bed skilled Nursing facility atop Onondaga Hill in Syracuse, NY. The Van Duyn team is committed to providing quality care and diversified services with a professional team of caregivers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Medication administration Charge nurse role for oversight of CNA's to monitor care provided Monitor effectiveness of the patient/resident plan of care Participate in the care planning process Reporting to nurse manager/nursing supervisor/

ADON Requirements/Qualifications:

Valid LPN Practical Nurse License CPR Certification New Graduates are welcome to apply No Experience necessary
