Tupper Lake Center for nursing and Rehabilitation is a true home away from home, located in beautiful Tupper Lake, nestled in the heart of the Adirondack Park. Our facility provides 24-hour care along with many other services to ensure you or your loved one will receive the highest quality of care. Tupper Lake Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is an easily accessible 60 bed skilled nursing facility providing both long and short term care. Here at Tupper Lake Center for Nursing and Rehababilitation we have a proud tradition of commitment to caring. Our mission is to promote and maintain each individual's highest level of independence and health in an atmosphere of dignity and respect. Our staff adheres to the highest medical practice standards and will develop a care plan to match the unique preferences and needs of each resident. Licensed Practical Nurse The primary purpose is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Certified Nurse Assistant will provide to each of their assigned residents, daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan or direction by the nurse. Must have an up to date NY state LPN license. Customer service skills are a must!
