37.5 hours per week Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering quality care and supporting patients in a clinical setting. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of RNs and physicians Monitor patient conditions and report any changes promptly Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care Support implementation of patient care plans Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive care environment Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team Required Qualifications Active New York State LPN license Basic Life Support (BLS - AHA) certification Minimum 2+ years of recent LPN experience Required Skills & Experience Strong clinical and patient care skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Compassionate and patient-centered approach For more details reach at Aditi.sharma@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-587-6677.
