- 1:1 Student Bus Run Support School Year Contract September 2026 through June 2027 13.5 hours per week Monday, Wednesday, Friday Approximately 4.5 hours per day Student with seizure disorder Experience with Vagus Nerve Stimulator (VNS) magnet required Administration of seizure rescue medication, including nasal spray, as needed AM & PM bus transportation support Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- ESY Bus Run Assignment Two-week contract August 2026 17.
Schedule:
7:00 AM- 8:45 AM and 1:00 PM
- 2:45 PM Report to transportation facility in the West Seneca area Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- School Year Bus Run Assignment September 2026 through June 2027 20 hours per week One-to-one care for a student with a seizure disorder AM & PM bus transportation support Ongoing school-year opportunity Bus schedule to be determined Registered Nurse (RN)
- Medically Complex One-to-One Assignment September 2026 through June 2027 20 hours per week Approximately 7:00 AM
- 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM
- 3:00 PM AM & PM transportation support One-to-one care for a medically complex student Conditions include: CHARGE Syndrome Hydrocephalus VP Shunt Tracheobronchomalacia Tracheostomy

Tube Dependence Developmental Language Disorder Congenital Heart Condition Visual Impairment Responsibilities Provide individualized nursing care based on physician orders and student healthcare plans Monitor student health status and respond appropriately to medical needs Administer medications and treatments as ordered Support safe transportation to and from school Maintain accurate documentation and communication with educational teams and families Respond to emergencies and health-related concerns in accordance with district policies Promote student safety, well-being, and access to educational opportunities Qualifications For RN Positions Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license Fingerprint clearance required Pediatric and/or school nursing experience preferred Experience with seizure management required for applicable assignments VNS experience required for seizure-related bus run positions For LPN Positions Active New York Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Fingerprint clearance required Experience supporting medically complex pediatric patients preferred Experience providing seizure-related care preferred Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Why Supplemental Health Care?
