Rapid start available AMX Healthcare is hiring experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses for weekend double-shift opportunities at a respected senior living community in White Plains, New York. Two consistent weekend schedules are available. This is an excellent opportunity for LPNs seeking competitive pay and dependable weekend hours while keeping their weekdays open.

Available Weekend Shifts Day/evening double:

7:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m.

Evening/overnight double:

3:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. Candidates may select either available schedule. Availability for the complete 16-hour shift is required. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders. Perform nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition. Respond appropriately to emergencies, incidents, and clinical concerns. Review and update care plans and clinical documentation. Communicate with physicians, families, supervisors, and interdisciplinary teams. Supervise and support CNAs, HHAs, and other direct-care staff as assigned. Assist with admissions, transfers, hospital returns, and changes in level of care. Maintain accurate medication-administration and treatment records. Provide detailed shift reports to support continuity of care. Follow infection-control, medication-management, safety, and facility procedures. Deliver respectful, compassionate, and resident-centered care. Requirements Active New York State LPN license in good standing. Previous assisted-living, skilled-nursing, rehabilitation, memory-care, or long-term care experience preferred. Current CPR or BLS certification. Current physical and tuberculosis screening. Strong medication-administration, assessment, and documentation skills. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to work the complete selected weekend double shift.
