Job Description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Men's Health Clinic Full-time | Monday to Friday, days | $30.00 to $35.00 per hour | Williamsville, NY | In person No nights. No weekends. No holidays. No patient lifting. You are the nurse our patients see every visit: blood draws, on-site labs, injections, and the teaching that makes a treatment plan actually stick. You work alongside one provider on a small team, you know every patient by name, and you watch the same men get measurably better month after month. If you are coming from twelve-hour shifts, mandatory overtime, and a hallway full of call bells, this is a different kind of nursing. About GameDay Men's Health GameDay Men's Health is the man cave for men's health. Founded in Southern California, we are one of the fastest growing networks of men's clinics in the country, with corporate and franchise locations open nationally. More than 40 percent of men have low testosterone by age 40, and more than 60 percent will experience erectile dysfunction at some point in their lives. Most never do anything about it, because the usual path is slow, impersonal, and uncomfortable.
We built the opposite:
flat screen TVs, leather chairs, hardwood floors, and a team that knows every patient by name. We run our own in-house lab and do patient testing on site, so a patient can walk in, get drawn, and have his testosterone level back in about 15 minutes. Our Williamsville clinic specializes in testosterone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction treatment, weight management, and PRP. We are a membership-based, cash-pay practice, which means no prior authorizations, no insurance denials, and no billing fights. You spend your time on patients. We are a team small enough that your work is visible and a network large enough to grow into. What you will do Room patients, take vitals and history, and set up the provider for a fast, focused visit Perform venipuncture and run our on-site lab, including testosterone testing, and handle specimen collection, processing, and send-outs to reference labs Administer medications and intramuscular injections, including testosterone, as prescribed by the provider, and assist with PRP and other in-office procedures Teach patients their treatment plan and self-injection technique, and answer the follow-up questions that come in by phone and text Review incoming lab results with the provider and flag anything that needs attention Document accurately and promptly in eClinicalWorks Manage medication and supply handling, expiration tracking, and clinical inventory Maintain a clean, safe, compliant clinical space and follow infection control policy Support the provider and the RN General Manager wherever the day needs it, including covering clinical work when someone is out What you will not do Lift or transfer patients. Work a floor of thirty. Take call. Come in on a holiday. Chase an insurance company. Train a new travel nurse every six weeks. Skills and qualifications Confident, high-volume venipuncture. Our patients get drawn constantly and doing it well and painlessly is a big part of the patient experience. Comfort with injections and in-office procedures, and the steadiness to make a nervous first-timer relax Strong patient communication. You will explain hormone therapy in plain language to men who have never talked about it with anyone. Accuracy and follow-through on documentation, results, and orders Comfort with electronic medical records and basic clinic technology Team player mentality. This is a small clinic, so everyone answers the phone and everyone helps close the place down. Discretion. Men's health is personal, and patients trust us with things they do not tell anyone else.
