Summary:

Clinical support position involving the direct participation in non-invasive diagnostic procedures including EKGs, PFTs and vital signs. Patient confidentiality must be maintained at all times. This position will also require active involvement in patient triage activities and ancillary medical support functions as required.

Responsibilities:

EDUCATION

Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing Current New York State Licensure

EXPERIENCE

One (1) to three (3) years' experience in an acute care or physician office (primary care or specialty) setting is required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

Able to work well in stressful situations and conditions of frequent interruption Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of Patient Centered Medical Home, with

MIPS, HEDIS
