Woodmere, NY Job Type:
Full-time and part-time shifts available ( 7am-3pm | 3pm-11pm | 11pm-7am) Join Our Five Towns Premier Team Five Towns Premier Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a 280-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Woodmere, New York. We are currently seeking hard-working, dedicated nurses to join our Premier team. Our facility includes an on-site dialysis unit and a ventilator unit, so our LPNs build advanced clinical skills without ever leaving the building. Prior nursing home experience is preferred but if you bring the work ethic and the heart for this population, we will train you. What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of the RN Supervisor and Director of Nursing Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule, per physician orders and facility policy Maintain infection control standards and a safe, clean environment Requirements NYS Practical Nurse license — required Valid CPR certificate — required
