•LPN or RN Full Time, Part Time or PRN | Days (6am - 6pm), Evenings (6pm - 10pm) or Nights (6pm-6am)
Pay:
$24/hr to $33.80/hr (Based on experience and Licensure) PLUS shift differentials: +$1.75/hr evenings, +$1.50/hr nights, +$1/hr weekends Why Join Brethren Care Village? The LPN or RN's primary responsibilities include: Maintains the standards of nursing care and implements the policies and procedures of the facilities nursing department including skin grids and treatments, preventative skin plans, preventative fall plans, incident reports and admission paperwork. Attends team care conferences as needed. Provides oral instructions to nursing assistants. Assesses residents and records all pertinent information in resident's records. Document administration of medications according to facility policies and procedures. Functions as team leader and supervisor. Supplies and interprets information, supports decisions, and facilitates communications with residents and their families, and nursing assistants and support staff. Assures that resident's call lights are answered. Other duties as assigned. What do I need as an LPN or RN? A current/valid LPN or RN license in Ohio required.
