We are seeking dedicated and compassionate NURSES (RNs, LVNs, LPNs) to join our team as a Charge Nurse for the day shift and night shift . In this role, you will oversee patient care, manage nursing staff, and ensure that all patients receive the highest quality of care during their stay. Looking for a schedule that fits your lifestyle? Our flexible 5:00 AM-10:00 AM and 4:00 PM-10:00 PM shifts are ideal for stay-at-home parents, students, retired or semi-retired nurses, and anyone seeking rewarding part-time opportunities. Enjoy meaningful work with a schedule designed around your life. Responsibilities Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities during your shift. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with established protocols. Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in patient conditions. Provide IV infusion therapy and manage catheter care as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication regarding patient needs. Assist in triage and emergency situations, utilizing critical thinking skills to prioritize care. Educate patients and families on health management, medication administration, and post-discharge planning. Requirements Valid nurse license in the state of practice. Experience in acute care settings such as hospitals or long-term care facilities preferred. Familiarity with EMR systems such as PointClick Care. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), and patient assessment techniques. Ability to perform essential nursing skills including venipuncture, phlebotomy, medication administration, and wound care. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
