Job Description

What you need to know about this position: Columbus Regional Health Urology diagnoses and treats issues related to the urinary tract. The LPN under the direction of a provider or RN contributes and participates in competent, evidence-based care, and performs technical treatments in providing care to an assigned group of patients. The LPN participates in decision-making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to advance the patient plan of care/interventions, achieve outcomes and enhance operational efficiency. The base hourly rate for this position is $21.13. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions. This full-time position will require you to work 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday. What is required for this position: Education and/or Experience Certificate from college or technical school upon completion of practical nurse program required. Certifications, Licenses, Registrations Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse License or Multi-State Licensed Practical Nurse License through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
