What You'll Do Provide individualized, patient-centered nursing care in the home Provide safe and attentive G-tube care Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor the client's condition and communicate changes to the care team Follow the individualized plan of care Maintain accurate clinical documentation Create a calm, respectful, and supportive environment Build a positive relationship with the client and family Schedule Weekends | 8:00 AM-8:00 PM A consistent weekend schedule that allows you to provide meaningful, uninterrupted care while building a strong connection with your patient.
