Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Assisted Living Heritage Senior Living of Marysville is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team! We are looking for a nurse who enjoys working with seniors, takes pride in providing excellent care, and can help lead our caregiving team in providing a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for our residents. Responsibilities As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing and overseeing quality resident care, including: Administering medications and treatments as ordered Monitoring residents for changes in condition Completing nursing assessments and documentation Communicating changes in condition to physicians, families, and appropriate members of the care team Responding appropriately to resident emergencies and incidents Following physician orders and resident plans of care Supervising and providing guidance to Resident Assistants/Caregivers Ensuring medications are administered safely and accurately Completing required documentation and incident reports Communicating with pharmacies, physicians, hospice, home health, and other healthcare providers Promoting resident dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life Following all facility policies, procedures, and applicable state regulations Qualifications Current Ohio LPN license in good standing CPR certification preferred Assisted living, long-term care, or geriatric nursing experience preferred Strong medication administration and documentation skills Excellent communication and leadership skills Dependable, organized, and able to prioritize resident needs Ability to work effectively with residents, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals What We're Looking For We want a nurse who is not only clinically capable but also willing to be an active part of the team.
