Our team values professionalism, teamwork, and building long-term relationships with the families we serve. Position Summary We are seeking a caring and motivated LPN or RN to join our clinical team. This part-time position would be 2-4 days a week . The ideal candidate is patient-centered, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient setting. This role works closely with our providers to support daily clinical operations and ensure an exceptional patient experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and room patients, obtain vitals, and perform patient history intake Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatment plans Administer medications and immunizations following clinical guidelines Perform point-of-care testing (strep, flu, urinalysis, glucose, etc.) Handle telephone triage, prescription refills, and patient education Manage clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) Maintain clean and organized exam rooms; restock supplies as needed Support care coordination, referrals and follow-up communication Adhere to clinical policies, HIPAA regulations, and best-practice standards Qualifications Active LPN or RN license in the state of Ohio Current BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) Prior experience in primary care, family medicine, or outpatient setting preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask and provide compassionate, patient-centered care Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off Retirement plan options Employee wellness perks Supportive, family-oriented work environment Schedule Hours of operation are: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.
