Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Niles Way Senior Living. Starting pay for this position, based on experience, is $27 an hour The typical schedule for this opportunity is Five(5) 8-hour shifts a week. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview. vaccines Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans. Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations. Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records. Requirements Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Ohio. Experience in Long Term Care, Home Health, or Assisted Living is preferred Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
