Job Description

$7500.00 sign on bonus for full time paid out in quarterly installments if eligible. Northfield Village Rehabilitation and Wellness is a 71 bed facility with all private rooms.

Tapcheck access will be granted to employees once they have successfully completed their probationary period. Paid holidays and PTO $3.00 shift diff for 2nd and 3rd shifts!!! Weekend Warrior Option Monthly attendance bonus $1 extra dollar for every hour worked. Northfield Village Rehabilitation and Wellness is a 75 bed facility with all private rooms located in Northfield, OH We are looking for compassionate healthcare employees to join our team. Experienced or newly licensed medical professionals are welcomed to apply. Promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; supervising assigned team members. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with patients, families, physicians, community resources and the general public.
Additional requirements for nursing include:
Valid Ohio RN license Minimum 1 year nursing experience with the geriatric population Minimum 1 year managerial experience Strong working knowledge of regulatory compliance and continuing care operations
