My mother needs assistance using the restroom and making sure she is warm as she relaxes in the afternoon, either in a chair or taking a nap in her bed. She currently wears oxygen at 1 liters. She is mostly continent and she enjoys the Guardians, the Cavs, Family Feud among others. You can enjoy a fun conversation with her as well. She has CKD and heart failure but it is being managed. She uses the incentive spirometry throughout the day, plus, she does daily exercises with your guidance as well. We monitor and ensure she is getting in the appropriate fluids and we document her fluid intake and output. My mother is under 5' and she is 139 lbs. She gets dressed daily and she gets undressed for the night. She does not wear hearing aides or have any false teeth. She is a joy to be around. I try to have 2 nurses per shift. This helps me, as her sole family caregiver. This also makes your shift very easy as well. Cameras are in the home and are monitored. We also wear masks and we wear shoe coverings. LPN $29.00 hourly RN $32.00 hourly Payroll is weekly and is paid direct deposit. There are no pets in the home. I look forward to reading your resume.
