Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RT), Registered Nurse (RN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide comprehensive care across our multiple locations. This is a full-time position offering an excellent work-life balance with schedule is typically Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5:00 PM. Weekends off. What We Offer (Extraordinary Benefits)

Competitive Pay:

$26.00 - $36.00 per hour (depending on experience)

On-Call Incentives:

On-call rotation with hours worked beyond the standard 40-hour workweek paid at time-and-a-half and additional on-call bonus pay. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will deliver high-quality, comprehensive respiratory care services directly to patients of all ages in a home setting. Primary responsibilities include the setup, management, and patient education of various respiratory devices, such as: CPAP and Bi-PAP therapy equipment Invasive and Non-Invasive Ventilators Suction and tracheostomy management equipment High-output compressors and related medical supplies

Qualifications & Requirements Licensure:

Valid certification or licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RT), Registered Nurse (RN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Clinical Knowledge:

Strong familiarity with respiratory therapy practices and equipment (CPAP/Bi-PAP, ventilators, suction machines) is preferred.

Communication:

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the broader healthcare team.

Critical Thinking:

Strong assessment skills and the ability to respond confidently and appropriately to evolving patient needs.
