Armor Health is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for ourEVENING SHIFT
at the Corrections Center of NW Ohio (CCNO) in Stryker, Ohio. Your schedule will be Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM. This position is specifically for the evening shift. Candidates must be interested and available to work the 3:00 PM-11:00 PM Monday-Friday schedule.EVENING SHIFT PAY
$33-$36/hr base pay + $3/hr evening shift differential 0-4 years: $33.00/hr base + $3.00/hr differential = $36.00/hr 5-9 years: $34.00/hr base + $3.00/hr differential = $37.00/hr 10-14 years: $35.00/hr base + $3.00/hr differential = $38.00/hr 15+ years: $36.00/hr base + $3.00/hr differential = $39.00/hrWHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide compassionate, holistic nursing care to patients in a correctional healthcare setting. Administer medications and implement healthcare practitioners' orders. Obtain vital signs, health histories, and laboratory specimens and perform routine nursing procedures. Assist providers, RNs, and other healthcare professionals with examinations, treatments, and special tests. Perform and document laboratory testing and communicate results appropriately. Monitor patients' conditions and promptly report changes, injuries, or other concerns. Review and document patient care, including symptoms, treatments, reactions, and changes in condition. Coordinate patient transfers to outside medical facilities and healthcare providers. Accurately document patient care and contacts using the POMR format.WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Current, active LPN license Current CPR certification Proficiency with electronic medical records Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment Level 2 clearance, including a background checkJob Type:
