Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with individualized treatment plans. Administer medications and monitor patient responses. Perform assessments and document all nursing interventions accurately and timely. Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated patient care. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and wellness practices. Uphold infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
