What You'll Do:

Provide direct nursing care to residents Administer medications and treatments Monitor resident conditions and report changes Support and direct STNAs Maintain accurate documentation Follow all state and federal guidelines

What We're Looking For:

Active LPN license in Ohio Long-term care experience preferred Strong work ethic and reliability Team player with a positive attitude
