What You'll Do Provide direct, hands-on nursing care in a skilled nursing setting Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the RN or physician Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Assist in developing and following individualized care plans Support and collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary team members Create a warm, respectful environment for residents and families What We're Looking For Active LPN license in good standing Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment Compassionate approach to resident care Excellent communication and teamwork skills Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Starting pay at $30.00/hour Consistent scheduling options 10:00 PM - 6:00am rotation Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision) Paid time off & holiday pay Supportive leadership and opportunities for growth Make Your Impact Your care makes a difference every single shift.
