Job Description
LPN field nurse to provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, performing tasks like taking vital signs, administering medications, wound care, surgical aftercare, PICC dressing changes and lab draws, monitoring patient conditions, educating patients and families about their care plan, and communicating with the patient's physician and other healthcare professionals, you will utilize your knowledge of EMR and EHR systems to document patient information accurately all under the supervision of a registered nurse; essentially delivering routine patient care within the patient's own home environment. Company provides company car and iPad.
