AM Schedule:

Hours Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor and document vital signs and patient condition Assist with patient assessments and care planning Perform wound care and other routine nursing procedures Monitor patients for changes and report concerns to the RN/provider Maintain accurate patient documentation Collaborate with RNs, physicians and other healthcare team members Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols
Requirements:
Active Oklahoma LPN license Current
BLS/BCLS
Relevant Med-Surg experience preferred #Nurse2026
Pay:
$26.00
•$29.00 per hour
