Weekend coverage may be required Key Responsibilities Provide technical nursing care under the direction of an RN, physician, or dentist Obtain and document vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure Perform nursing procedures and specialized functions within scope of licensure Administer medications as ordered Assess, document, and report patient health status and responses to interventions Participate in developing and implementing patient care plans Communicate relevant patient information to supervisors and healthcare team members Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records Participate in patient-care evaluations and treatment activities Provide guidance and training on routine nursing tasks as applicable Qualifications Current Oklahoma LPN license or eligible eNLC-recognized LPN license Interested?
