Responsibilities Lead and coordinate nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care aligned with facility standards and protocols Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations to inform treatment plans Administer medications, injections, IV infusions, and perform catheterizations with precision and adherence to safety guidelines Oversee medical documentation using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Epic or Cerner to ensure accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations Manage emergency situations such as airway management, ventilator support, or acute pain episodes by applying advanced clinical skills Facilitate discharge planning, patient education, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams for seamless post-acute or outpatient care Supervise triage processes in urgent or emergency settings, prioritizing patient needs effectively while working with individuals with complex conditions like Alzheimer's disease or infectious diseases Maintain infection control standards through aseptic techniques and sterile processing procedures while ensuring compliance with NCQA standards Skills Proven experience in critical care environments such as ICU, Level I Trauma Centers, or Emergency Rooms with a strong understanding of trauma protocols and acute care procedures Extensive knowledge of

coding systems for accurate medical documentation and billing processes Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems including Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks for efficient patient record management Skilled in performing phlebotomy, specimen collection/processing, suturing, and other advanced nursing procedures such as spinal taps or gastric lavage Ability to work effectively with diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, individuals with disabilities or developmental delays; experience in dementia or memory care is highly valued Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, pharmacology related to pain management, medication administration, and infection control practices Excellent communication skills for teaching hospital environments or community-based settings; capable of providing health coaching and family education Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards along with proficiency in CPT coding for billing purposes Experience working in various healthcare settings such as assisted living facilities, home & community care programs, outpatient clinics or inpatient units including neonatal ventilator management or dialysis support Join us to make a meaningful difference through energetic leadership and compassionate patient-centered care!
