$1,480/week Job Summary Redbird Smith Health Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinical setting. The LPN will assist providers with patient assessments, treatments, medication administration, documentation, and patient education while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism. Requirements Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program Current BLS certification Minimum clinical nursing experience preferred Strong patient assessment and communication skills Experience with outpatient, primary care, or community health settings preferred Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team Must meet all Cherokee Nation credentialing, background check, and drug screening requirements Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Provider Administer medications and treatments as ordered Obtain vital signs and assist with patient assessments Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Educate patients regarding treatments, medications, and follow-up care Assist with clinic procedures and patient flow Ensure compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
