Job Summary:

We are seeking an LPN I to support patient care in a clinical setting. The role assists providers with patient examinations, diagnostic procedures, treatments, care coordination, scheduling, documentation, and other clinical services. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and document chief complaints, vital signs, medications, symptoms, and medical history. Assist providers with examinations, procedures, treatments, and patient care. Perform clinical services such as venipuncture and X-rays according to established protocols. Maintain accurate medical records, charts, test results, and encounter documentation. Schedule appointments, tests, referrals, and follow-up services. Determine eligibility and obtain required authorizations for services. Administer medications as directed by physician orders and provide patient education. Use EMR/IDX and other computer applications for documentation and clinical tasks. Track pending tests, procedures, referrals, and prescription refill requests. Follow HIPAA, OSHA, safety, and healthcare policies

Pay:

$30.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
