DESCRIPTION LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

What You'll Do The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will demonstrate independent judgment and discretion to perform licensed nurse tasks within the scope of practice as allowed by the state. The LPN will maintain accurate wellness records providing nursing insights on resident care. This position will comply with Wellness policies and procedures to provide extraordinary service to elders and their families by interacting with community team members and residents' medical personnel. What You'll Bring You bring your nursing license in good standing with the State Licensing Authority and maintain the ability to maintain the license.
