Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supporting Monarch Gardens, Azalea Gardens & Shore Pines Senior Living Brookings & Gold Beach, Oregon Make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults. We're looking for a compassionate, dependable LPN to support resident care across our coastal senior living communities.

Responsibilities include:

Support resident health and well-being through nursing care within your scope of practice. Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly. Assist with medication management, documentation, and care coordination. Collaborate with community leadership, caregivers, families, and healthcare providers. Help staff provide respectful, person-centered care.

Qualifications:

Current Oregon LPN license in good standing. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. A caring approach to working with older adults, including those living with dementia. Senior living or long-term care experience preferred. Ability to travel between our Brookings and Gold Beach communities.

Pay:

$32.00 - $38.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 - 30.0 per week
