Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)•
Coastal Communities Locations:
Brookings and Gold Beach, Oregon Schedule:
Part-time, approximately 12-30 hours per week We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide clinical support across our three coastal senior living communities: Monarch Gardens Memory Care

  • Brookings Shore Pines Senior Living
  • Gold Beach This shared position is ideal for an LPN who enjoys variety, values teamwork, and wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults.
The LPN will work closely with our nursing and community leadership teams to help ensure residents receive safe, attentive, and person-centered care. Responsibilities Provide clinical support and oversight at all three communities Assist with resident assessments and changes in condition Review documentation, medication records, and care plans for accuracy and compliance Support and educate medication aides and care staff Communicate with residents, families, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and community leadership Assist with physician orders, medication management, and follow-up Help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable state regulations Participate in staff training and clinical quality-improvement efforts Travel between Brookings and Gold Beach as needed Qualifications Current, unrestricted Oregon LPN license Experience in assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or senior living preferred Strong assessment, documentation, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently while remaining part of a collaborative team Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between our coastal communities Ability to pass all required background and employment screenings We are looking for someone who is approachable, organized, flexible, and genuinely committed to supporting both residents and staff.
