Qualifications:

Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the practicing state. Ability to assess residents' needs. Skilled in developing individual care plans for patients. Ability to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care. A passion for making a difference in the lives of others. Ability to follow state and federal rules and regulations that govern practices within the facility.
