Responsibilities Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the RN or physician Complete accurate and timely documentation Assist with resident assessments and care planning Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure quality care Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team Qualifications Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program Current Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing Excellent communication and organizational skills A compassionate attitude and commitment to providing exceptional resident care We Offer Shift Differentials! $2.00/hour for afternoon shifts $1.50/hour for midnight shifts $1.50/hour for all weekend shifts Eligible Full-Time employees who waive medical insurance can earn an additional $1.50/hour.
