Job Overview We are seeking an LPN/ RN for either part-time or full-time

EVENING/ WEEKEND

position. Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team of caregivers within our home in Rostraver Township. Your expertise will support patient safety and well-being through assessments, medication administration, seizure and safety prevention, and collaborative care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while working in a supportive home environment. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and inividualized nursing care. Administer medications and feeds with precision and adherence to safety protocols. Respond swiftly to medical emergencies while maintaining calm professionalism. Collaborate with other staff and family to optimize patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with health regulations including HIPAA and State Board of Nursing standards while maintaining patient confidentiality. Communicate effectively with patients' families and staff to ensure continuity of care. Experience Proven experience working with clients with special needs. Demonstrated expertise in hospital medicine, medical-surgical units, urgent care clinics, or outpatient settings. Prior involvement in infectious disease care and managing complex cases involving acute or chronic conditions. Hands-on experience with patients with epilepsy, global developmental delays and gtubes. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and medical terminology necessary for effective patient assessment. Valid license from the State Board of Nursing with current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), First Aid, CPR and a valid driver's license.
