We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for a Home Health position providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in the Bellefonte, PA, area. This position is eligible for a $ 10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year!
What You'll Do:
Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team that truly supports you Perform comprehensive patient assessments including vital signs, medication management, wound care, and overall health status.
