Competitive Pay up to $35.00 per hour Flexible schedules with multiple shifts to choose from (days, afternoons, evenings, nights) Stable and consistent assignments. Locations Bethlehem, PA Allentown, PA Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home and school setting Deliver treatments and nursing services as directed by the care plan Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the supervising Registered Nurse Support implementation of individualized patient care plans Educate patients and families regarding ongoing care needs and treatment plans Assist with care coordination and communication among the care team Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies Required Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Pennsylvania CPR certification Valid driver's license Trach/vent care: 1 year (Required) LPN pediatric: 2 years (Required) Minimum of 2 years of pediatric shift care nursing experience in any of the following settings: Diabetes care- Feeding assistance
- G-tube
- Medication Administration
- Nebulizer
- Non-ambulatory and Total care
- Respiratory Assessment
- Safety monitoring and Supervision
- Seizures
- Smart Vest
- Straight Catheter
- Suctioning
- Transfers
- Tube feedings
- Ventilators
- VNS applications Preferred Qualifications Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Skills and Competencies Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care Strong interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work independently in a home care environment Team collaboration and problem-solving skills Time management and adaptability Reporting Structure This position reports to the supervising Registered Nurse Work Environment Primarily caring for pediatric patients in residential settings Flexible scheduling opportunities, including full-time and part-time availability Local travel required within the assigned service area Compensation and Benefits Benefits according to employment type include: Medical insurance- medical, dental, and vision coverage Up to five weeks of PTO (vacation or sick leave) annually, plus a bonus paid day off for your birthday .
