Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care to a diverse range of residents, including those with complex medical needs Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with facility policies Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor and record patient vital signs, medications, and treatments Stay up-to-date with facility policies, procedures, and protocols Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services provided Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices
Requirements:
