Job Description

We are currently expanding our Personal Care Nursing team and are seeking quality-focused Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs! We are currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for the following shifts: Full-Time Midnight Shift 32 hours per week 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM Part-Time Afternoon Shift 16 hours per week 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Positions include an every-other-weekend rotation .

Competitive LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) starting wages (with additional pay for experience & seniority) Shift differentials: +$1.50/hour for midnight shifts, +$1.00/hour for all weekend shifts Comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family Opportunities for growth, training, and advancement •Eligible employees can also earn an additional $1.50/hour if waiving the health insurance benefit•Responsibilities of a LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse): Provide high-quality resident care with compassion and skill Administer medications, complete documentation, and conduct assessments Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team members Supervise and support resident care staff Deliver treatments and procedures that make a real impact Qualifications of a LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse): Graduate of an approved nursing school Current Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing A caring heart and a commitment to excellence Why Choose Concordia?
