Job Description
Concordia Visiting Nurses is a Medicare-certified, state licensed, Medicaid approved home health agency operating in nine Western Pennsylvania counties. For well over a decade, Concordia Visiting Nurses has provided high-quality skilled nursing, palliative care, and a variety of therapy services to our patients. We strive to hire excellent people at Concordia - and keep them as well! Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Triage Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team! As a Triage Licensed Practical Nurse you'll play a key role in coordinating and overseeing patient care. You'll have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes and the well-being of our community. This is a 32 hour per month part-time/casual position.
