8 Hours Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the healthcare team in Clarion, PA. The Medication Nurse will be responsible for safe medication administration, patient observation, group facilitation, and focused assessments as delegated by the Charge RN. Key Responsibilities Function as the primary medication nurse and administer medications safely and accurately. Facilitate patient groups and support therapeutic activities. Conduct routine observation rounds . Perform focused patient assessments as delegated by the Charge RN. Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused care environment. Follow facility policies and nursing standards at all times.

Required:

Active PA LPN License BLS Available Shifts Evening Shift

• 3 Openings 3:00 PM
• 11:30 PM Monday-Friday + Every Other Weekend Day Shift
• 3 Openings 7:00 AM
• 3:30 PM Monday-Friday +

Every Other Weekend Pay:

$38.00
