The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) coordinates and supports the individualized plan of care for community residents. Requirements for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Hold a valid, current Practical Nurse License in good standing. Possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members. Demonstrate excellent teamwork. Experience in Senior Living preferred.
