Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a modern adult acute care unit.
Responsibilities include:
Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care based on scope of practice and standards. Addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families. Reinforcing education, discharge planning, and supporting patient safety and satisfaction. Providing direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures. Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to meet patient needs. Participating in evidence-based practice decisions and mentoring new staff and students.
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduation from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing, compassionate care approach, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
