Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN Mental Health Resources of Central PA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN at the Cambria County Long Term Structured Residence. A Long-Term Structured Residence (LTSR) is a specialized, community-based living arrangement designed to support individuals with chronic and severe mental illness who require ongoing care in a stable, therapeutic environment. These residences are not hospitals, but they offer more structure and support than typical group homes or independent living. Why Join Us?
